Commissions

Terms and conditions

A 50% non-refundable deposit for the commission is required to begin work on the commission. The final piece(s) refers to the artwork(s), painting(s) or drawing(s) ordered by you, the customer.

A sketch indicating the planned composition of the final piece will be supplied electronically by the artist prior to commencement of the final piece.  At this stage you can still request minor changes to the final piece.

An electronically sent photograph of the finished piece will be sent to you prior to delivery.

By ordering a commission:

·       You agree that all artwork produced as part of the order remains the intellectual property of the artist, who retains all rights to all artwork, including original and commissioned work

·       You acknowledge that the artist retains the right to make reproductions of any artwork created

·       You agree that the customer or anyone other than the artist may not reproduce the artwork in any way without prior written permission from the artist.

·       You agree that the customer or the final recipient has the right to display the artwork in their home or business.

·       You acknowledge the artwork may not be resold or reproduced in any way without the artist's written permission.

·       You allow the artist to use reference photos for advertising purposes unless you opt out in writing.

·       You acknowledge that the quality of reference photos you supply affects the appearance of the final piece(s).

·       You accept that the estimated duration of work indicated by the artist when confirming your order will determine how soon the final piece(s) will be completed and arrive.

·       You accept that the commissioned work is non-refundable and that full payment is required prior to shipping and delivery.

Returns and refunds

Commissions are non-refundable because the artwork is bespoke/personalised and cannot be resold. If you are not satisfied with the photo preview, please e-mail me to discuss any edits that can be made before you receive the final piece.

In the unlikely event that a piece is damaged upon delivery, please send photographic proof of the damage, including any external damage to the packaging, and evidence of the time of delivery. Return the piece and upon assessment of the damage I will issue a full refund.

Privacy policy

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

I am the sole owner of the information collected on this site. I only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give me via direct contact from you. I will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

I will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted me. I will not share your information with any third party, other than as necessary to fulfil your request, e.g. to the courier service to ship an order.
